Our inaugural event, named Music of Midnight, will feature a performance by the Lakeside Artists Guild String Quartet, hosted at St. Rose Church in Kankakee, Illinois. This event combines the timeless beauty of classical and contemporary music with the glow of hundreds of candles, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

St. Rose Church - 486 W Merchant St, Kankakee, IL 60901. St. Rose Church is located just south of St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee. 

There is a large parking lot on the south side of the building, and parking is free. Street parking may also be available; please follow all posted signage.

Doors open at 6:00 PM for the pre-concert reception in the basement. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 6:00 PM and enjoy the reception before the concert.

Wine and snacks are available for purchase when purchasing tickets online. We recommend purchasing these in advance, as supplies may be limited.

The concert begins promptly at 7:30 PM and ends at approximately 9:00 PM. If you are not attending the pre-concert reception, please allow enough time to arrive and be seated before the music begins.

If you are attending the pre-concert reception, it will be held in the basement beginning at 6:00 PM. The basement is accessible from the North entrance of the building on Merchant Street.

The reception is an opportunity to mingle, socialize, and enjoy wine and snacks before the concert. Closer to 7:30 PM, guests will be invited to make their way upstairs for the concert.

Candlelight Production events are designed with adults in mind, though guests of all ages are welcome. The event runs from 6-9pm.

There is no formal dress code. Black attire is encouraged to complement the candlelight setting, but guests should feel comfortable dressing however they like for a night out. Whether you dress up or keep it casual, come ready to enjoy an evening of live music.

Yes. Seating is provided and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Last-minute tickets may be available at the door, but there is no guarantee due to the limited number of tickets. We highly encourage you to purchase tickets online in advance.

Yes. Photography and video recording will take place during the event for promotional, advertising, and media purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or video recordings that may be used by Candlelight Production for future promotional and marketing purposes.

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. To help preserve the atmosphere of the performance, please do not use flash or otherwise disrupt the performers or other guests.

Yes. The Candlelight concert and pre concert reception will take place indoors at St. Rose of Lima Chapel.
